About Ynysybwl Regeneration Partnership

WHO ARE WE?

Ynysybwl Regeneration Partnership is a development trust, a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. The trust aims are to raise the quality of life for all, create opportunities for young people and create opportunities in health and well-being as well as to help develop the local economy, particularly countryside access and tourism.

The change that YRP wants to lead is for the communities of Ynysybwl and Coed Y Cwm to:

• Encourage more activity within the communities and make better use of the natural environments surrounding the area.
• Have a stronger voice that influences and informs the design of services locally.
• Develop and take on community assets that engage individuals and groups in activities and opportunities that enhance learning, employment, health and well-being. 
• Ensure Ynysybwl and Coed y Cwm are inclusive communities that provide support and welcome those hard to reach individuals into local community activity.
• Offer support and help build the capacity of community groups and individuals to make them more effective and sustainable and help improve lives.
