Have you lost a loved one? Does the new world you are in seem empty/overwhelming? If so, why not come along enjoy a cuppa and make new friends. This is not a counselling session and is completely confidential.

We have been granted a growing package from Keep Wales Tidy - Cadwch Gymru'n Daclus and now we need your help to fill up 4 planters. Would you be free on Wednesday the 30th from 11 to 2pm to make this happen? Even if you only have 30 min, it would help us a lot. We will provide nibbles, tea and coffee.
