Ynysybwl - Game On! Active School Holidays 2025
We’re thrilled to bring back our exciting multi-sport sessions for children during the school holidays! Organized by , in collaboration with The Coalfields Regeneration Trust Wales and Ynysybwl & Coed-y-Cwm Community Council, these sessions are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun.
Who can join?
Children aged 5 to 11.
When and where?
- Easter Holidays (Skateboard Special):
- Date: Wednesday, 16th April
- Time: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
- Location: Tennis Courts 'Rec'
- Summer Holidays:
- Dates: Every Wednesday from 23rd July to 20th August 2025 (5 weeks)
- Time: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
- Location: Butcher's Pool
What’s on offer?
Children can enjoy a wide range of sports and games, including:
- Football
- Dodgeball
- Rounders
- Handball
- Tennis
- Badminton
- Water Polo
- And much more!

Thanks to the generous support of Co-Op Ynysybwl and YRP 'Taste Station', free snacks will be available for all participants.
Important details:
- Registration: You only need to register once for all holiday dates. Please use our online registration system to book your spot.
- Safety: All coaches and volunteers are DBS checked.
- Postponements: In case of bad weather, any session changes will be announced on @CRTWales Facebook page by 9:30 AM on the day.
